About Terrie Lloyd

Terrie Lloyd is an Australian/Kiwi serial entrepreneur living in Tokyo, Japan. Terrie first traveled to Japan in the first wave or working holiday visas in the early 1980's and discovered he loves both Japan and starting businesses.

He has founded 17 firms in Japan, 8 of which were sold in trade sales, and is currently the CEO/Founder of www.japantravel.com, one of Japan's leading inbound travel sites. He has served as an adviser or board member of various business organizations including: ANZCCJ, ACCJ, ABA, TiE, YEO (now the EO), Dealgateway.com.

He is also the first retained inbound travel adviser for Kochi Prefecture in Shikoku. Terrie has been blogging about Japanese business trends and startups for over 22 years.
