INFOGRAPHIC: ANZ’s half-year 2021 result

For many economies, the first-half of 2021 was markedly different to the prior year. The COVID-19 health crisis in Australia and New Zealand is largely under control and the economies have rebounded accordingly.

In this environment, ANZ has posted a Statutory Profit after tax of $A2,943 million, up 45 per cent on the previous half.

The bank’s capital position remains unquestionably strong and improved further with a Common Equity Tier 1 capital ratio of 12.4 per cent.
