INFOGRAPHIC: ANZ’s 2020 full-year result

In a year that started with devastating bushfires in Australia and unwound under the waves of a pandemic still washing through today, ANZ posted a full-year cash profit of $A3.76 billion.

The bank’s capital position remains strong and has improved further in the fourth quarter with a Level 2 Common Equity Tier 1 capital ratio of 11.3 per cent. This capital strength and ANZ’s underlying profitability enabled a final dividend of A35 cents per share fully-franked.
